I didn’t know him but I saw him working my neighbours, my garage door very noisy and spring completely moved to one side. He came to my house same day check the garage door, gave me a reason able estimate, once I gave him green signal, he bought the parts from his own money, fixed the garage door installed new parts along with warranty.
